Wheels for 7 speed

Hi all,
New here. I have a 7 speed entry level MTB. Felt Q220.
I am looking at upgrding/getting a 2nd set of wheels but most companies seem to be selling wheels for 9/10 speed, some 8. Can I buy those wheels and get them fitted to 7 speed, what would the issues be? Or what is a better solution?

you can use a 7spd cassette on an 8/9/10spd hub just fit a 4.5mm spacer first.
but check that your Drop out width is 135mm"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
