I had 2 CRC money vouchers from previous purchases so thought i would cash them in when i made an order. There is no expiry date for the vouchers printed on it.

Disappointed when it said they were not valid at the checkout :-(

I suppose it says somewhere on site

    I tried using one last week which was only 1 week old. It said it had expired. Meant to contact them but forgot about it until I saw your post

    Me too. Got a "thank you and here's £5 off your next shop" (with no expiry date on it) which didn't work a week later when I tried it. CRC seem to have lost the plot a bit recently on pricing, sales and customer services.

    Yep me as well. As a result they lost out on my order!
