Which bike would you go for?

Hi,

A slight noob here, just wondered if anyone could share some light on these two bikes.

Which is best?
Is there better at that price?
Can I fit stabilisers?
I'm 5'7 with short inside leg what size would I need?.

I'd really appreciate any help, I'd hate to get the wrong bike.

    No, for cycling to work on road then trail / tow paths on the weekend and the occasional vacation.

    I would go for the second bike as it has better sora gears and looks like better brakes. Go to the shop for the sizing.
