386EVO BB too Bbright BB

Just got a cevelo s5 with Bbright bb system, do I need a specific bbright system or will 386Evo cranksets work without any adaptors if not what cranksets work without adaptors that aren't rotor?

Not looking good for 386Evo, always worth checking whatever choice you make on the Cervelo forum. I have SRAM s950 (actually s951, updated chain rings) cranks on my R5, works with the standard PF30 BB, no problems at all so far.
