Anyone else noticed this has disappeared from british cycling?
Just went to order some things using the 12% wiggle discount through my BC membership and the option is no longer there
Instead replaced by 'new retail offer coming soon'.
Is a real shame. Was a great perk of the membership.

Nope, & it was very handy for those items which had no discount.
Just think it's bad of BC not to notify members, especially as that was a benefit they really promoted on their membership adverts.0 -

Not only that, they are still promoting it as a discount, so you can certainly make a complaint to BC and Trading Standards on that mis-advertising (e.g. in http://www.britishcycling.org.uk/membership/compare )Jibbering Sports Stuff: http://jibbering.com/sports/0 -

Is spending more to get a discount not kinda counter productive?2013 Canyon Ultimate AL 7.0

TBH I could always get the bits I wanted cheaper through my direct Wiggle account than I ever could via the BC Wiggle shop.0

Sounds good and, frankly, this can only be a good thing. I never used by 12% BC discount because I always spent more than £500 in a year.
So having a choice of another retailer at that (or thereabouts) level will be excellent. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

Not sure whether I used mine or not - everything I bought was always at least 12% discounted, wasn't sure whether my account auto applied the BC discount or whether it just wasn't required.
Have used the Halfords discount loads, 10% off everything has been great - used on bike sat nav, car sat nav, car seats for kids, tools etc. Probably pays for BC membership each year.0 -
Yep. The discount I got on Thule Roof Bars probably paid for about 2 years of BC membership.
I hope they keep Halfords and add perhaps 12% at CRC. That would be niceMy blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

Exactly the same for me, think it still shows over £1000 spent this past year for me  I'll have to keep buying stuff now there isn't BC discount to fall back on.
Hope the new one is CRC, I find their free delivery will often arrive the next day if ordered morning/early afternoon.0 -
Platinum gets up to 17% off sometimes too, so better off being an actual platinum customer than a BC member.0

But interestingly when you click on the 'Ride' membership, the Wiggle discount is not mentioned:

I do hope it is Evans - I spend enough in there already, it'll be nice to get a few pennies off each time.0 -
Yeah I noticed it had gone because my Platinum discount expired so I thought I'd just go into the BC site and order from there, but it's not there
I hope it is Evans because I order as much stuff from there as from Wiggle.0 -
