Rode over to Cobham to see my boy. Cold as! Hat and thick gloves. Ride back tonight with the nipper after his Xmas Fayre and a birthday party. It will be the train for most of the way but will still need to do about 5 miles with him

Chilly out there. Been cutting tiles in the garden. Luckily no need for a wet wheel as that would have been really grim. Now I just need to stick the fuckers to the wall. Suppose I should pull my finger out.
  • Parkrun done this morning. My son smashed his PB by 6minutes :-)
Christmas tree is up, so the rest of the family can now decorate it.

damp on the road but blue sky. Slow ish 30 miles with a friend today, but he is new to cycling so 30 miles @15 wasnt bad for someone who hasn't done more than around the block

Below freezing but bright sunshine and deceptive, just like the last time I came off on black ice, couldn't get the thought out of my head so went walking instead.

Don't worry about T47's little taunts. I feel rather sorry for him. He actually lives in a flat above a chip shop in Newport Pagnell with his huge picture collection and a little Airfix model of and old German car, 4" long.
Sorry, mate - they had to know sooner or later.

Especially if the fixation is on blokes with very small cars
