On One Inbred or Other 29er?

Ok so I'm looking to get myself a Cotic Solaris but unfortunately Cotic aren't due to get any more Large Green's until April/May time. In the mean time I was thinking about getting myself a fairly cheap frame and then transferring most of the parts over when the Solaris becomes available. The On One Inbred 29er looks like an alright candidate although no tapered head tube and small seat post. What's everyone's thoughts on the Inbred 29er? I've heard some say they loved the 26er but hate the 29er. Are there any other 29er frames you'd recommend for around £100 (or even less)? Ideally there is because the Inbred isn't available until January either.
Right now I already have some SIXC bars, XTR shifter, Zee mech, Deore cranks, XTR bottom bracket, Deore brakes, Truvativ stems, SDG seat and post, XT pedals and some cheapy 29er wheels so I could build up the Inbred for around £300 and it wouldn't be too bad a build. I'd be looking to get some Gusset Jury XC rigids and FSA headset since they're cheap and the Solaris can take a tapered steerer so no point in spending more on a nicer fork. The Gusset looks pretty similar (possibly the same?) as the steel On One I've had before and that was ok.
