    This year they have moved one of the Taxi stands closer to it so as to hopefully have people around to discourage the pranksters.

    I'll go for the 23rd in time to bring in Christmas day with a flourish....

    As for the flame retardant article, that as published in 2013 and it didn't work then either! Flame retardency generally just means it burns slower (hint in the name!), google FMVSS302 (know that one off the top of my head) if you want some idea of how these things work.
