Road buying advice
All, trying to establish if bb30 adaptor to shimano bears any stiffness issues (degradation) over bb30 set up.
Does anyone found any info online?

Probably as much degradation as a BB30 set up suffers.
I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles

I used fsa adapter from sram bb30 on my mountain bike . Adapter bonded into place with loctite. I now have bearings I can service easily and new crankset feels no different if anything it's better.

I tried the Praxis adapter. Creaked like mad, took it off but the BB30 back in.

I used the Wheels Manufacturing delrin (read: plastic) adaptor on my CX bike for some very sloppy muddy races.
It was fantastic. Plastic is a good idea as it has some give to compensate for non-parallel surfaces and didn't creak at all.
I was impressed, plus you can find them for £20.
When i took them out they looked super knackered and scratched but that didn't impact their functioning. that's cross for you anyway.
When a cyclist has a disagreement with a car; it's not who's right, it's who's left.
