caadx info

Hi, not new to biking but about to buy first cyclocross.
Was thinking of caadx 105 disc 2014,
I am 5ft 9, what size do you ride/race, my road bikes are 54cm, am I ok to go for the same with the caadx.

Also is this bike good enough to start me off if I was thinking of racing.

    I found the sizing came up large compared with my road bike (Focus).
    All the gear, but no idea...

    I'm 176cm (5ft 9 1/4 lol) and ride a 54cm CAADX. I find it very comfortable.

    I'm 5' 10" and went for the 51 Caadx. The 54 felt too big for me. Best to try one for size.
    My TCR is M size.

    Thanks chaps, I have been to a shop today to try one... 54 does seem too big, I think 51 for me too.
