Wotcher all. Been a while. Not really done much in the way of bike commuting this year for one reason or another.
Anyhow, I know there used to be a bit of interest in the Beer Advent Calendar round these parts, so this is to let you know it's happening again.
http://beeradventcalendar.blogspot.co.uk/2014/11/a-message-from-our-sponsors.html,
Cheers!

Every year I have a look at the Beer Advent Calendar, but this is the first year I've actually been a proper beer drinker (as opposed to lager) so I will read it with more interest.
I made my first batch of home brew three weeks ago and it had its first taste last week. It tasted OK but very flat (no secondary fermentation) so I've fed it a sugar solution and I'm leaving it until a few days before Xmas. I'll let you know how it goes.FCN 3: Raleigh Record Ace fixie-to be resurrected sometime in the future
FCN 4: Planet X Schmaffenschmack 2- workhorse
FCN 9: B Twin Vitamin - winter commuter/loan bike for trainees
I'm hungry. I'm always hungry!0 -
Nice one. I started brewing earlier this year. Done 10 batches and haven't made a bad one yet. There's still time.0

First one in the bag. Not bad; not as good as I'd expected.

A chewy one, this. Good. But a bit like the good you feel on reaching the peak of a bugger of a hill.

Where does one purchase one of those beauties?

I'd swerve this one and get one of their pale ales. Much better.
