"This new hydraulic disc brake is compatible to Shimano’s mechanical Dura-Ace and Ultegra 11 speed groupsets and works also with their new 105 groupset that was launched today as well."

In that press release it says the components are available August/September 2014, so in theory if you did some mixing and matching you could build a bike with 5800 and hydraulic disc brakes.
Have you contacted Madison and asked the question? Sales@madison.co.uk0 -
Merlin have them in stock - hopefully mine arrive next week.
EDIT - Ah! Just checked again and they're all sold out.Basso Astra

Got mine from Merlin, though I'm not sure on current stock. I bought them a couple of days before they did the 10% deals  But, the price was already really good, and this way I definitely got them before they scooped up. So far, they've been brilliant, such a huge difference compared to the TRP Spyres I was previously running (which themselves were really good)0

Back in stock at Merlin now. Mine arrived today and looking good. Just checking with Merlin whether gear cable outers should have been included (not in the box)

It is a non series system BS685 not 105 tier at all. That padenticness aside. The merlin kits must be OEM/grey import as I have them on back order since february 2014 and delivery is now expected April 2015. Shops cannot get them madison can't either so that leave OEM sources.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0
