Is freehub 10 or 11 speed

Hi All
Just been given some used ksyrium equips with a 10 speed ultegra cassette. I notice that there is a washer approx 2mm thick placed on the freehub before the biggest cog.
Not being familiar with shimano cassettes, this has me wondering if the washer is a standard part of the cassette or do i have an 11 speed freehub with a spacer to convert down to 10 speed?

Mavic freehubs can be 11 speed with a change of spacers. There is normally a 3mm spacer on the hub. Replace that with a 1mm spacer and you have a 11 speed freehub. Mech touching the spokes maybe an issue though.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0
