2015 Specialized Elite vs 2013 Pinarello FP Uno

hi everyone. I'm a relevant noob (so pardon me if there are some very basic mistakes or the Qs are elementary) looking at buying a new road bike and have drilled down to more or less two/three options which are coming to almost the same price.
All models below are new not seconds.
1. 2015 - Specialized Allez Elite with E5 frame and Tiagra components.
2. 2014 - Specialized Allez Smartweld with E5 frame and Tiagra components.
[1. and 2. are identical, spec for spec as the 2015 Elite is upgraded to what was basically the 2014 Smartweld]
3. 2013 - Pinarello FP Uno which comes with Tiagra components all around.
I'm mostly neutral inter se the two Specialized options and for simplicity let's say I'd pick the Elite amongst the Specialized two.
The big Q being, is the 2013 Pinarello a better buy than a 2015 Specialized (assuming both fit me well). As a related independent Q, would the 2015 Tiagra components on the Specialized be significantly superior to the 2013 Tiagra on the Pinarello. I hear component offerings also sometimes make significant jumps year on year so a prev gen Tiagra may be comparable to a current gen sora (just as a random eg). The Pinarello is carrying a healthy discount since its a 2013 model, making it almost same price as a new Specialized. What's the better buy then in this case please?
Please limit responses (reasoned would be nice if possible) to one of amongst the specific Specialized and Pinarello models listed above. Please DO NOT recommend an altogether different model as the response. My Q is specifically based on what I can access easily at hand today in my size and my budget since our market is not that well developed on bike availability.
Thanks very much in advance.

Ride them and decide
Personally, I don't like the appearance of Pinarello bikes, but that's just my opinion. Both are decent bikes; Pinarellos tend to be overpriced, however.
It's just a hill. Get over it.0 -
I only looked at this thread to see if it was a first post lol.
Subject to actually riding them. If there was ever a 'buy the one you like the look of most' moment, this is it.0 -
Thanks. Actually I'm no longer getting the Specialized in either model I listed above. It's now only available in my size as allez sport 2015, which I'm not interested in. I'm most likely biting the bullet on the FP Uno very soon.
Thanks again for stopping by and the inputs.
