Hello,
I am looking at getting a cyclocross bike for around £1000. Been doing a bit of research and found the following, which I Iike:
-Rose DX Cross SL2000 for £926.
-Focus Mare AX 2.0 £1199
-Focus Mare AX 3.0 £999
-On One Dirty Disco £1199
-Cannondale CAADX 105 £999
I really like the Rose, but cannot get it on the cyclescheme!!! So is it worth buying off scheme or are one of the others just as good? Not sure about the Sram's on Dirty Disco as always had shimano.
Help please!!

The best thing todo now you have your shortlist is to try as many out as possible. If you haven't tried SRAM before, trying it out is a must, some people like it some people dont.
I've had a Dirty Disco and personally I wouldn't have another, while it was a nice bike it did have a couple of manufacturing defects & shocking customer service togo with it (issue only resolved by returning the bike for a refund).
I too have always used shimano and the Dirty Disco was SRAM, I made the change very quickly and easily however I still prefer shimano.0 -
I would go for the CAADX out of them. Great all-rounders and racable if you want to.0

I'd also suggest the Merida cyclocross 500. In your price range at £999***** Pro Tour Pundit Champion 2020, 2018, 2017 & 2011 *****0
