    Seems like these guys sell your employer an agreement they can use with you, without the employer needing to sign up to a scheme and pay a 10% charge.

    Apparently big companies use it too, but aimed at small companies who might not bother because they see it as too much hassle.

    Looking quickly it would seem to be one of those websites that charges you a fee for something you can get FOC elsewhere, like the sites that charge you for a EHIC card etc.

    My company outsource all the 'salary sacrifice' stuff, much easier.....

    Not sure I believe the claimed savings, especially given that they cannot COMMIT to you keeping the bike after the first year! Their description of how it works is fundamentally wrong and the scheme doesn't comply with R2W so is tax evasion. Then later they mention hire agreement, so they can't even be consistent!
