My rims look stressed

Hi y'all,
I've got some alex RFR ZX24 29er rims. They seem to have small fractures all the way round on the face where the spokes enter.
I did notice that one of the spoke was very loose a while ago, but i tightened it up.
Should I be worried?

Just a little oxidising, nothing to be overly worried about and nothing to do with the loose spoke.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

Just looks like white aluminium rust (as opposed to reddish steel rust). Wont do it any harm and isn't stress related.0

Rust is ferrous oxide, so aluminium rust doesn't exists, it is however aluminium oxide.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
