Hi, can anyone recommend me a decent gel padded undershort that's not silly money?!

Anything by Endura will be good at that price.

I prefer my Alturas to my Enduras. The padded area is bigger

Endura clips in liners, wash them after use and you don't need to wash your Endura baggies every ride.

Assuming they're not muddy as sin.

Plus they make you feel like you've poo'd yourself, so it's kind of comforting.

Endura make good products with good value for money. Of course, what suits one person, won't necessarily suit someone else.
