New toy arrives tuesday for commuting, will post photos then, decided on steel commuter singlespeed for change. Also got sks blumels to handle the winter.

    Just done a quick 12 mile, loop to test it, very nice, gearing just about right, happily sit 18-20, very smooth, impressed.

    I've got the blue one from a couple of years ago. It's a great commuter. I changed the chain and freewheel after a while and just recently put a new crankset on so that's pretty good for riding in all weather.

    The crankset upgrade was worth it - the original BB was poor and the chainset heavy and not stiff.

    Been really pleased with it though.
    I'm left handed, if that matters.
