    Definately thinking about the 35km timed lap. Looks like a great event. I'm just a bit worried my competitive nature will put me in hospital!!

    We do roughly 20 - 25 miles at hard pace around Deepcut and into Swinley at the end briefly with the vast majority technical based so that should stand up pretty well.
