Computer w/HRM and Cadence

My other half's mother's partner (try saying that after a few) has asked for a HRM for xmas and I've been asked what I'd recommend.
I instantly pointed her in the direction of the Bryton 20 on Bike24 for £50 (I bought one earlier in the year) but they have sold out in the last week.
So, I'm looking for a Computer with HRM and Cadence for up to £90.
