    The headtube is 23mm on a stock 60cm frame.

    thats nice, i might buy a new winter bike next year, this would be on my list as long as i can get the position sorted, yours has a big head tube which is what i would be looking for.

    Thanks is that 23cm? Looks nice without loads of spacers

    Sorry! Of course it's 23cm. The photo was taken on the day I collected the bike from my LBS who completed the build. I shall probably discard what few spacers there are once I've got my riding position sorted.

    looks pretty comfortable to me I dont think I could get much lower!
