Replacing Internals

I have a pair of Fox Float forks that are badly damaged along the stanchions and beyond repair.
A mate has given me a replacement set of uppers that are completely hollow. Has anyone any ideas how to move the existing internals over to the replacement set? Been trying to find a video or a Park Tool guide but nothing is coming up...

Thanks

Got the manual off the fox website?
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
  • Just google fox float pdf and get appropriate manual , loads of results.
