bike hut cycle computer

i have a wireless bikehut computer its been fine last 12 months but now when I unlock it all I get is the word key flashing on the screen no pressing of buttons makes it go so at present cant be used I have tried to reset unit by holding in both rear buttons this does reset it I then put in all data required wheel circ time etc put back on holder on bike press the unlock button on rear of unit then the word key starts flashing again also took the battery out but to no avail this is the word key flashing not the little key icon to tell you unit is locked any ideas thanks

    Did you try fitting a new battery to the unit? Did you try fitting a new battery to the sensor units? I don't have that unit but IME when these things play up its often battery drained

    thanks all fine now even though low battery was not lit
