Hi,
Just picked up new bizango. Had to take it back to get air put in shocks as there was no spring back at all and they remained down. When they checked it was basically empty! Not a good start tbh.
However, that aside, gone for a quick ride today and they still bottom out even when on the flat. Locked them out and they pretty much bottom out as well !?
Do these sound faulty or is it just a case of more air needed?
Thanks
Rich

Pump it up till it has about 25% sag when you're seated on the bike.0

This article will explain how to set sag, initially go for 25% then adjust from there to suit your riding.

Step 13 on relates to forks, you'll need a shock pump too if you didn't get one with the bike.0 -
You need to get a shock pump to adjust the fork.0

Thanks everyone, pump already ordered.... In meantime I'll have to nip back in and get some more air from shop!0
