Can anyone confirm does the xm 419 (ust) rim have spoke holes?

i.e. will it need rim tape when builtup or is it like the 819 rim with no spoke holes?

Yes, is an oddball this one - not seen this rim before, but the 400 series and another one does now require the mavic UST rim strip. UST never used to. Just seems like a tubeless ready rim rather than the actual UST standard, a bit confusing!0
