Don't know if already posted but I was on my way home tonight and walked past this. Thought you might be interested.

Amongst the tools there might even be a tool to cut all the cables with. :roll:
I am from Manchester and can tell you those tools won't be there in a few days.
How long before chavs/hoodies/scallies stand around it and charge £5 a time to use it?

Have found out since yesterday there are about four around the Uni campus area on Oxford road. Apparently they've lasted about a month so far intact. But on a long enough time line....
