Removing XTR SM BB93

Hi folks
Just bought a frame fitted with an XTR SM BB93:
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/shim ... prod108675
My standard tool for removing a BB30 is too big.
Apparently the XTR was supplied with an adaptor which I do not have, thus cannot remove the BB.
Does anyone know exactly and specifically which tool/adaptor I need to remove the BB linked above?
Many thanks
Matt

Looks like any normal threaded shimano hollowtech 2 BB so any tool to fit/remove them should work. Depending on what you want to pay they probably range from £2-20. A quick look at crankset tools on CRC should bring up a few.0

I have a standard bb removal tool.
The XTR cups are smaller and may have come with an adaptor, I'm not hugely experienced but can remove a BB30 with a standard tool. This XTR bb is different, hence the query.
Does anyone have experience with this BB?0 -
Hollowtech 2 isn't bb30 though. I've only used XT BBs however.0

This is the one I can remove:

I have 3 and the park tool.
The XTR linked above is, annoyingly, different!0 -

yeah, that's not a BB30 bottom bracket (which is a push-fit standard) - it's a Hollowtech II - hence the earlier confusion.
Regardless, you appear to be right about the difference in sizes (it's a new one on me), and the tool you need has the shimano code TL-FC240 -
I've got dozens. Call.me on Monday and I'll send you one. 0333 444 0650.A Flock of Birds
