Hi guys, I'm off the FOD this Saturday for an uplift for the first time. Not been before and know it will be we and don't know if I will be ok with my minions (2.35 single ply 60a) of if I should get the Swampthings on as I don't what FOD gets like when wet?

Minions will be fine. It never gets muddy enough for mud tyres to dig an and work properly. There will be a lot of standing water but the ground will be solid.
Be prepared for a good soaking and remember goggles.

Never mind the umbrella. Jusr remember goggles to keep the water out of your eyes. This time of year there will be standing water for a couple days after rain.

Really on the uplift? I found the place to be fairly soft in the wet on the DH courses, the xc are like concrete though with 0 mud...

Just go to a wet DH race there, no one uses mud tyres. It might get a little soft on the surface but an inch below it's solid. Lots of standing water though.
