Di2 front derailleur shifting

Hi all,
I've been running ultegra di2 for a few miles now and I'm a bit disappointed by the front shift. No trim or rub issues, but the shift from small to large chainrings when under load is clunky. I have to back off and it will shift ok. No issues when on the mechanics stand. Am I expecting too much?
I'm running sram red mechanical on another bike, same rotor chainrings and the shift is better

Sounds like a setup issue, the front shifting is amazing on my bike with di2, especially under load. What chainset are you using?0

Read the manual at https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B618inc ... edit?pli=1 and follow to the letter the set-up instructions at P29-31. Shifting should be great - it's one of the major benefits of Di2.0
