How do I find what league to join?

Ok, so I have looked through the threads on here but can't find the answers or links. Maybe (probably) I am missing the obvious?!
So after much riling & badgering from friends & colleagues (and out of curiosity), I have decided to get a race license for next season & do some crit races. Question is, how do i know what league i need to join & where the races are held? Where is this info? I can't find the answers on BC.
For info I live in North London.

Races are all on the calendar. Click Road on BC, then calendar - https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/event ... lter_id=210
