How do I copy one of my own routes so I can edit it and resave under a new title?
i.e., I've got a long route and I want to do a shorter version?
Have looked for a menu option / button but can't see one...

I would export the GPX file from Garmin connect and then this piece of software should allow you to edit and save it again:
