Hi guys,
I have found the below link to a route I would like to try on a nice sunny winters day soon.
http://www.routeyou.com/en-gb/route/vie ... 2-final.en
Always wanted to explore this area but unsure on the roads on this route, traffic levels etc... Although an experienced cyclist I do prefer the quieter/country roads to role through rather than busy/town roads.
If anyone has done this route or road any of this route I'd be grateful for just a quick over on what what they are like, how busy etc.
Cheers all

If you don't know the area then there are better routes to take in the classic Surrey Hills of Box and Leith0

I know these roads well having ridden them for over 20 years - the top half is a bit too suburban for my liking - they aren't the quietest of roads so best kept to early Sundays. I've very rarely ridden as far east as Leatherhead, again because of traffic. Lower half is better, but there are more interesting / hillier roads to explore nearby IMO. It would be OK for a fast group ride, but less so for a solo effort.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
