Mehning Losers!

Terrible nights sleep for me. I've been dreaming that my car is broken down, and that I'm going to have a hellish morning getting to work. Thing is, it feels like I'm actually going to have a problem even though it was just a dream. Hmm

Today, work will involve me filling in the overtime form for the extra 7.5 hours I did. That should help towards the alternator I had to buy last week

After that, some football practise.

Laters!

A loverly week of month end reporting ahead

Other than that a chilled night ahead
  • Morning ball bags,

With redundancies looming ahead we've cut back on the overtime to essentials only, so today I'm enjoying a day in 'Lou' (sp?)

Wait for the mrs to get up, breakfast, chopwell woods for an hour or two to try and find some hidden trails and collect a turbo trainer from the bro-in-law.

    morning all,

good day in London town yesterday. didn't get home til 2am though and back in work at 7am wasn't great. but it wasn't as bad as getting here at 7am and realising I'd forgotten my security pass and having to wait for the security office to open and thus missing the appointment that I'd come in early for :x

anyway, going to a gig tonight, should be good.

    Happy Monday all,
Got into work to discover I'd won the bonus ball game, unfortunately it's not really enough to spunk it all on hookers and blow. Well not above the grade of GT's Mum at any rate.
Things are getting quieter at work now, normal for the time of year and not altogether unwelcome. I might even have time to do things other than the normal day job with a bit of luck.
    Onwards to glory...

Day in Lieu....but Loo sounds like a right little raver so spend all day there!

Bizarre disjointed dream(s) last night, at least it's cool enough to cycle to work and not arrive wringing wet!

Spent some time yesterday doing some TLC on the MTB only to have to lend my light battery to the No1Rookling which means no night ride this week!

Work wise, another day, another dollar!

    Evening Gimps,

Another member of the knackered club here. Had to do a presentation to the Board this morning so was awake wayyy to early. Went well in the end so an extra shot of grog is on the cards when I"m home. Pedalling tomorrow cos I'm. Feeling like a bit of a fat dark just now!

I had a dream I was in a swimming pool and this guy had his arms around a shark, he was smiling like he knew what he was doing. The shark behaved itself, a main thing in the dream was I knew it was alright because the guy had a firm hold of the shark.

    Evening,

First day back at week after a week and a half wasn't too bad, however working away is far worse after time off, very tempted to drive home earlier then get up at death o'clock in the morning to get back. Instead I've been good, doing one of the online maths assessments I need to do for next years course. Was only GCSE level but I;m now more than double the age I was when I did those so pretty please to get 98% tonight.

Ordered more bike parts earlier too. Bought the 9 year old a womans Carrera Vulcan a month or so back which she'll be getting for Xmas, so now I'm tarting it up a little for her.
