Hi I looking at buying a new bike as this is my first road bike as I do a lot of mountain biking. I've been looking at a ribble sportive azzurro! When it comes to size I'm not sure what size frame I need as I'm 5 ft 7 and half inches tall so if some one could help out to what size I need would be a big help

    Wayne,

Have you used the "Frame Size Help" on the Ribble website? You can also speak to them and ask their advice, you will need to give more than just you height though they need your inside leg measurement, you also need to work out your reach measurement.

Also look at the Geometry and the handlebar and Stem help. Their geometry table puts you on a Medium 52cm (5' 6" - 5' 9"). As it is your first road bike getting the correct fit is important, so go and sit on the bike if you can.

Also read these it may help you.

Why not contact Ribble? They can be very helpful and know a thing or two about bikes :)
  • Well I put a deposit down on a Wilier GTR 105 2015 model so thanks to those for the advise :D
