Roast chicken for me. On my own today, no kids this weekend, so a leisurely cook and glass or three of wine. Roasted carrots and potatoes, spot of brocolli and some nice, home-made gravy.

Can't wait.

    Jacket potato with chilli and cheese. Mmm melty cheese.

    Exactly the same but the dog is now looking a bit too full and staggering around the place :shock:

    The wife won't be happy if it needs cleaning up :)

    Monk fish wrapped in Parma ham and pesto with chanterey carrots, roasted vine tomatoes and celeriac pure'.

    And some nice wine :)
