I have an old Trek 4100 with v brakes. Decided to tart it up ,hmm getting expensive, but that's another story. Has anyone got an old Insync Grind 320 they need to get rid of lol. I would like to replace the seized up shock and a direct replacement would be perfect. Or is there an oem direct replacement ,even a rigid would do. :)

Any of those that have not rusted up should be burnt with fire anyway. Useless fork.
Had about 70mm of travel (if that's what you can call it).
New forks with V brake mounts are rare - I would look for an old RS Judy or something, or see if www.carboncycles.cc or similar have a compatible rigid.
Retrobike would be a good place to look for a decent elderly fork.
    I don't do smileys.

Plenty of decent V-brake forks come up on eBay, a mate just bought some Fox in really nice condition for his 96 bike.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
