Good service from Cycle Surgery Bristol

Nothing major, but after all the "I've had really bad service" threads I thought I'd just say how good the guy was today.
Bought a set of Cat Eye Nima lights a few weeks ago. Had to take the front back straight away as the batteries didn't work - they swapped the batteries no problem and all was good.
Last week the rear failed - after just 3 rides I thought this was bad. arse, I couldn't find my receipt! went in and took it back, the first guy I spoke to was understandably reluctant to accept it back as I had no proof of purchase. I explained that it was an Australian or New Zealand guy who served me and he went to get him. The guy comes out and says "yeah, I remember you. yeah you haven't had them long, i'll swap it for you"
They didn't have to do this without my receipt, so fair do's I'm a happy chap
