Front bike lights

I occasionally ride to/from work and it is very dark and unlit in places at this time of year. I did have a powerful 1800 lumen front light with a battery pack (which suddenly stopped working half way home) but this was a bit of a pain to keep attaching and unattaching. I would like an easy to fit / remove light without a battery pack if possible, which needs to be powerful enough (I read somewhere 400 lumens min?) but isn't too expensive, ideally under £30, as it would only be used a handful of times per year.
Any suggestions?

Edit - the Btwin one for about your budget looks ok?
Are these just bog standard torches along with some sort of device to attach them to the bike or are there bike specific torches?
