More Wiggle woes

Publicity stunt by a fading designer who was knocked back for a job ay Wiggle. To release the sob story on a Friday night and then get her minions to share the story about the large evil business stealing designs has been shown to be pathetic.0

But for certainly a few years, decent quality, well designed womens cycling kit meant Anna G/Ana Nichoola & it usually had stars on it, and it would be unlikely for any designer in the same field, not to be completely aware of her design presence or styling.

Is this actually true? I can see that there are leggings, a jersey and a long sleeve. Were there many more products that had stars? Or was it a small(ish) range where, as you say, most had stars? My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

Her claim was extremely weak at best. If she had something that she could have protected then why didn't she seek to do so. No instead she made claims that they stole her "design element" all they needed to show is that it was coincidence.
Personally I'd be considering a claim for damages against her.0 -
:P Can I say that in this case I don't blame Wiggle :P0
