Paypal and CRC discount?

I've just bought a Lezyne Deca Drive light from Cahin Reaction Cycles. I went to pay with Paypal to get the extra 3% Quidco cashback (on top of the 2% from CRC) and Paypal had knocked another £10 off which was marked "special offer". Does anyone have any idea what this is? Is it CRC or Paypal or a combination?

The light was reduced already reduced from £140 to £85 and it looks like after cashback and Paypal "special offer" it's only cost £70.

    I had same offer.
    Just happened to check my PayPal account and saw the offer, spend over £40 and get £10 off.
    So I did and got 2 pro4s and 2 tubes for £35 !
    Just wish I had some new wheels to go with them....
    Just make your order and as you go through to PayPal it takes the tenner off for you.

    My £40.97 order arrived this morning that only cost me £30.97. The offer is only valid till the end of the month.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    Anybody got any evidence of this offer?
    I logged onto my paypal account and there is no sign of this offer -so is it specific to certain people - I only ask as I appear to have an ebay offer from paypal instead!

    How is this comparable to wiggle?

    In answer to my own post - it appears that this offer is restricted to certain people, I didn't get the discount, however an ultegra cassette and chain at £43 isn't to be sniffed at.

    How do you get the Paypal discounts? I don't believe I've ever had a PayPal discount???

    I logged into my Paypal account and couldn't see any offers. Do I need to activate PayPal Shopping??

    I had an email from paypal directly on the 16th October with details of the deal.
    I did place an order with crc a week or two before this so it may be linked? Dunno

    Fill your shopping basket on CRC with £40+ of goodies then checkout using Paypal but don't use Pay After Delivery. Your CRC invoice will show the full amount but the Paypal invoice will show the full amount - £10 special offer. Can't find the PP email about the offer but this is the PP transaction.

    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    Only some people have it. You'll have received an email from PayPal if you are eligible.
