Look Blade 20nm - anyone use?

Hi I'm just brought some Look Blade 20nm for my TT bike build does anyone use them and could give me an option on the tension?

I use 16nm on my road bike without issue and I'm not a lightweight so thought I'd be ok with the higher tension on a TT bike but just thought I'd ask before I use them...

Have a gone abit too pro or is there not much noticable difference really?

    I have ridden Blade 20Nm on a friends bike. I have 2x pairs of 16 Nm and one 12Nm Blades. TBH the 20Nm are way tight? Too much so, I suppose not, but it takes significant effort to get your foot out of the pedal. Personally I think the 16 is more than enough.

    So, difference? Yes (At least in my experience)
