UCI Golden Bike Passport, has it disappeared?

Trying to find some information about my UCI golden passport as thinking of entering Quebrantahuesos next year, but no information on the web and their website is no more. Passport worked a dream last two years bypassing the lottery.

    I've done QBH for the past 2 years - it's a great event (although a bit hot this yr) - both times I went with John & his team at traininspain.net

    I know some people prefer to solo it rather than go on an organised trip but I think this might be your best bet for a guaranteed entry, plus a sociable, enjoyable group. They've got the organisation sorted out and can provide a lot of insight on doing the event.
