Which rims are considered wide (in the same way as the H Plus Son Archetype), and what are the ones to consider for a pair of wheels that are not too heavy?

    Pacenti SL23 internal width 18.5mm weight 445g
Ryde Pulse Sprint internal width 17.8mm weight 375g
HED Belgian + internal width 20.5mm weight 470g
    Velocity A23 internal width 17mm weight 450g
Stans alpha 340 internal width 17mm weight 385g
    All can be run tubeless.

Define not too heavy for wheels, in fact don't bother assessing wheels by weight is a dead end. How stiff they are is more important. If the wheels are ~1.7kg or under they are light enough. tyre tube and cassette all vary alot in weight and can turn a light set into a heavy set. Look at those folk who buy a sub 1400g wheelset and then stick a 11-32T cassette to help them up the hills, and heavy puncture reistant tyres - the point is lost on me. All the rims above will build wheels from 1350g to 1700g.

spellling never been good at it. DT Swiss R460 looks like a decent rim. The pic is out of date the HED rim is 25mm wide now.
