Genesis Aether Winter Build

After it becoming tedious cleaning the Canyon after every ride I decided to build a wet weather/winter bike. I started off wanting a cheap frame that looked decent so opted for a Genesis Aether from Paul Milnes and over a couple of months sourced all the parts to build the spec I wanted.
Found it really difficult to settle on cheap parts so the budget of £600ish finished at just under a grand including the build. Still not bad, would have cost a lot more for the same spec from a shop.
I almost ended up selling the completed build due to my wife's pregnancy and lack of space becoming an issue in a few months but couldn't do it as it looks to good.
Spec is:
Genesis Aether 30 Frame
Shimano 105 5800 11spd Groupset
Charge Spoon Saddle
Fizik Bar Tape
Ritchey Comp 4 Axis Stem
Ritchey Comp Seat Post
Ritchey Comp Logic Bars
Mavic Aksiums & Mavic Aksion Tyres
Shimano R451 Drop Brakes
Mudguards will be fitted at some point and will probably go for some 28c tyres.
And some pics, excuse the clutter, currently going through a house move.

That is a fantastic example of a winter bike looking like a good weather bike. Love it, it'll look great with a pair of Axiom Road Runner mudguards.0

Cheers, took it out for a spin yesterday and feels pretty good. The Shimano 105 is smoother than I thought it would be, took a bit of getting used to after using Sram and now Campag on the other bike.
It's going to be a shame to put mudguards on it0 -
