Front pannier rack for Boardman Hybrid Comp

I have a Boardman Hybrid Comp and off touring this winter overseas. I have a rear pannier rack supplied by Tortec however Im having difficulty in finding front pannier racks that will fit. I got a Tortec set from Evans today but the Holes don't line up and are miles out plus the front brake calipers are in the way. Can anybpdy point me in the right direction to get a set that fits. Thanks guys.
