Help with Assos legUno_S7 Leg Warmers sizing

Looking at buying myself the "Assos legUno_S7 Leg Warmers", but need help in the sizing if possible please, I am 5' 11", 32 inch waist, Inside leg 33in, weigh 65kg.
Not sure what the sizing means, Size 0, Size I, Size II.
Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks.

I'd guess small, medium and large.

You need I, II will likely be too baggy IME.
