Giant Defy 0 vs Felt Z75 Disc

So here I am sat with a £1000 C2W voucher and I am truly stuck between two bikes.
Both bikes Alu frame with carbon forks and seat posts, I'm guessing very little difference in frame quality etc.
So the problem, the Defy comes with Ultegra/105 drivetrain which for the price is very nice. I like the idea of Ultegra from the start.
However, The Z75 with full 105 which is still nice, has disc brakes which really appeal to me. I don't have the option of going over the £1000 mark.
So do I go with the gucci gearing of the Giant or the stopping reliability of the Z75. I value your thought
Thanks

If you are going to use the bike for commuting in all weathers then the consensus seems to be go for a bike with disc brakes. Both those bikes will be comparable to ride I would think.
I can't see whether the Felt has provision for full mudguards, which would be a consideration if I were looking to buy one. BTW the crankset on the Felt Z75 is RS500 (Non Series) same as the Defy 0, not 105.0
