    No, and even if they existed they'd be pretty useless on a road bike - you need mud clearance otherwise you'll come to a halt pretty quick.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Not sure you'll find something that small with an aggressive tread. Knobby treads take up a lot of space so a 23mm carcass with decent knobs will measure 25 or more...

    The only 23mm tyre I've seen with a knurled tread is the Schwalbe Lugano
