No, and even if they existed they'd be pretty useless on a road bike - you need mud clearance otherwise you'll come to a halt pretty quick.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

Not sure you'll find something that small with an aggressive tread. Knobby treads take up a lot of space so a 23mm carcass with decent knobs will measure 25 or more...
The only 23mm tyre I've seen with a knurled tread is the Schwalbe LuganoWhen a cyclist has a disagreement with a car; it's not who's right, it's who's left.0 -
On a lighter note, this is my take on the automotive equivalent of a 23mm knobby tyre:
