Anyone used one?

Looking at options to add that functionality to my Garmin 800 and it's a very, very cheap option (£17) compared to the Garmin/Bontrager and others.

I have one on my commuter. My Garmin unit will regularly stop reporting any cadence from the sensor. I have 2 GSC 10's on other bikes and never have this problem. I've changed battery and checked set up. I'm hoping to send it back for a replacement, under warranty.

  • I've got one too and it works perfectly with my 800

Sounds like it's well worth a go for £17!

Have one on the winter bike that works perfectly. Have a mate who has trouble with his, but I think it is just that he doesn't know how to position it. Have been meanining to head round to help him out.
  • I had one first one arrived dead, they sent a replacement no problem but it lasted about 2 months before water ingress, I got the new Garmin accelerometer ones instead cause I was fed up with gsc10 s and the btwin one didn't help.

Yep I have 4, 3 currently in use, and no problems so far.

Reviews seem a bit hit and miss, but if you are near enough to drop in, then minimal bother if you have any issues.
